I put a few of them together just because I was being impatient! I guessed a bit on the arrangement of blocks. They’re of course a bit pricier than your normal solid but man, they are stunning! I wish my photography skills were better so I could show you the details but you’ll have to take my word for it. The fabrics are woven with two different (although similar) colors which gives it a really nice depth and sheen. Having not been familiar with shot cottons, I did a little research. They include hand-woven shot cottons and stripes from Rowan. The fabrics in the kit are just so beautiful. The runner has 64 (!) paper pieced blocks each with 15 sections. My wonderful husband gifted me the Crazy Squares Table Runner Kit for Christmas (he knows the way to my heart!) and I decided to make it my first 2015 project. That means it will be the most beautiful, right?! I’m knee-deep in making the most time-consuming table runner of my life.
